Engraving milling machine RVD DPV1118MF

Multi-functional CNC router. This model can work in standard mode with normal T-slot table or in mode with special rotary devices for engraving on cylindrical working pieces. If we put some options on this machine, such as cooling system with water bath, you can work with marble, granite or glass.

Suitable materials: Wood, Plastic, Aluminium, Di-Bond, Engraving board, Fomex, Engineering plastics, Marble, Acrylic, Perspex, PVC, Composite panel, Copper, Alloys, MDF, etc.

Features:
- Frame welded from thick steel profiles, ensures minimum distortion and excellent rigidity. Strong working table bed makes machine rigid and without distortions.
- Y axis, driven by double motors, ensure stable performance of machine and precise traveling.
- Up-down working table moves on 4 ball screws and special guiding, which provide maximum lifting weight up to 1500kg.
- Rotary device allows to process a detail with length 1200mm, diameter 400mm and weight 56kg. 
- 2 rotary devices can be fixed on the working platform.
- The machine can work with thick material till 700mm thickness.
- When the rotary devices will be removed from the machine, it becomes a normal router.
